Our guards are the face of Fionet, so nothing about their selection, training or supervision is left to chance.
Selection and training
Dedicated officers investigate the background of every recruit and profile their guarantors before confirmation. Guards complete classroom training and a site-specific briefing before deployment, and our kitting teams in Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos supply their uniforms and equipment.
Supervision on every shift
Operations officers and patrol teams carry out routine and random checks on every post. Each guard carries a radio or mobile phone and reports to our 24-hour control room every hour.
One point of contact
Every contract has a dedicated contract manager who knows your site, answers for the service and keeps you informed.
