Our guards are our most effective business brand. Mindful of this, we ensure nothing is left to chance in their selection and training. Our structure is robust enough to provide several back up supports to the recruiting, training and deployment processes. This includes, officers that are dedicated to investigating the backgrounds of guards and profiling their guarantors before final deployment is carried out. We also have the kitting team that ensures that our guards are provided with appropriate equipments and clothing. A cell of these teams is present in three of our operational regions namely, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos. Apart from the basic training received in the classroom, our guards are also given site specific briefings to attune them to their peculiar work environment. Our operations department is structured to support the guards in their various beats through deployment of Operations Officers and patrol teams who conduct both routine and random checks on various beats to ensure that guards are performing and issues on any location are promptly resolved.
Our beats are supported with wireless radios and or GSM phones for ease of communication with the guards. Our 24/7 Control rooms manages this process.
As part of our customer service responsibility, we dedicate a contract manager to every contract we hold. This is to enhance our relationship management with clients.
