How we run every post

The same routine applies to every guard we deploy, from the day they apply to every hour they are on duty.

Vetting

Every recruit brings two guarantors and passes a background check before confirmation. A secondary school certificate, good health and a clean record are the minimum.
Training

A mandatory two-week course before deployment: physical security, report writing, radio procedure, first aid, fire drills, access control and more.
Kitting

Uniform, boots, ID card, rank badge, whistle, notebook and rain gear, issued free and replaced free when worn.
Deployment

Each guard is briefed on the site before the first shift, and each contract has a dedicated contract manager.
Supervision

Operations officers make scheduled and unannounced patrols to every location in our patrol vehicles.
Hourly check-in

Every post radios the control room once an hour, day and night. Incidents are followed by a written report, fast.

Built in Port Harcourt, working across Nigeria

Fionet Security Services Limited was established in March 2013, with its head office in Port Harcourt, the hub of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. In the 13 years since, we have grown on the strength of our client portfolio, from oil and gas companies to estates, malls, hotels and public projects.

We work proactively. Our services are built around the risks each client actually faces, and our people are chosen and trained to a professional standard.
